Where can I find you in person?

While we hope to have a retail space soon, for now you can find our Curated Collection for sale at Nan's Rustic Kitchen and Market in Stow. We also host pop-up events throughout the year, so be sure to check out our events page for information on where to find us. And we're always happy to chat via email at hello@thebotanary.com.

How should I care for my plants?

We’ve created detailed care guides for all members of our plant family. Find them on their plant page in our online shop.

Do you offer potting services?

For an additional fee, potting services are available for online pre-order items.  

Our curated collection available at Nan’s Market are sold in their original nursery pot and carefully placed in our hand-selected pottery. 

I’ve pre-ordered my plants online. Now what?

First of all, congratulations on becoming a new plant parent. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange pick up at either Nan's Market in Stow or at our next scheduled pop-up event. Our plants are purchased weekly to provide you with the highest quality, variety, and availability.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please email us at hello@thebotanary.com within 24 hours from order placement with change or cancellation requests. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you ship plants or accessories?

No, we do not offer shipping.

What is your return policy?

Plants are sold as-is and are non-returnable.  

All non-plant items may be returned within 15 days with receipt for a full refund. All merchandise must be in new, unused, unopened condition with tags attached.  

How do I return an item?

Please email us at hello@thebotanary.com, and we will arrange for your return at either Nan's Market or one of our upcoming pop-up events. 

Do you sell gift cards?

Because of our unique selling arrangement with Nan’s Rustic Kitchen and Market, we are currently able to offer online digital gift cards to be used for online pre-order only. These gift cards are NOT valid in-store at Nan’s Rustic Kitchen and Market.  These cards can be purchased online and will be sent immediately via email. You may then print the certificate to give to your recipient or forward to them.
